Quito Foundation
Quito is the Capital of Ecuador. Quito celebrates each year its foundation, it is on December 6th. The celebration starts by the ends to November through December. In addition the Spanish culture is present in this Ecuador tradition There are a wide range of parades, bullfights and parties that take place on the streets. Most of the people enjoy riding in the top of the Chiva, these are open buses without windows or doors. In fact, many people like to ride Chivas every day during these days; also whole week, among parades with floats, dancing in the streets, the election of the Queen of Quito and a number of cultural activities. The world championship of "40", a card game played only in Ecuador is an important part of the festivity.

The spanish culture is because there are bullfights. Is the central event in this celebration. During the week Quito lives a Spanish party with flamenco dancers, manzanilla beverage, most of the people wear the hats is the tradition goes to the bullfights with sunglasses, jean, shirt, boots. After that the people enjoy typical food such as "Llapingachos", "Buñuelos",etc.

Quito has the largest Center Historical in South America, most of the people go to there because is a tradition that children, youth, old people visit the Museums, Churches, The Square, and The Ronda Street where the people can drink the famous beverage called " Canelazo".
In conclusion, Quito has Spanish influence in its Celebration but It also has made its own culture with food, with different activities.
